You’ll never guess what Taylor Swift’s next project is!

2015 was quite the year for pop star Taylor Swift! She fought Apple Music for not giving royalties to artists, blessed us with Bad Blood and Wildest Dreams music videos, and simultaneously conquered the world with her girl squad while touring. Since wrapping up her 1989 Tour, the world has mourned the loss of seeing any more performances featuring Swift and her squad.

While we are sad the infamous 1989 Tour is over, we have been patiently waiting for any news of what Swift plans to do next. At first, it seemed like Swift planned to sit at home, sans her classic red lips, drinking lots of tea, and spending quality time with her cats, Meredith Grey and Olivia Benson. While we can’t blame Swift for wanting some peace and quiet (she did just end a world tour), we were hoping she would release news of something that would revive her fans. And luckily for us, she just did—well, Glu Mobile did.

If the name “Glu Mobile” sounds familiar to you, it is because they are the developers who created Kim Kardashian: Hollywood. Kim Kardashian: Hollywood invites you inside Kim Kardashian’s life. You start as an E-List celebrity, and have to work your way up to an A-List celebrity. You do everything that the Kardashians do, like go to photo shoots, host parties, do club promotions, and deal with haters like Willow Pape and Crystal Fletcher (if you play Kim Kardashian: Hollywood, you know what I am talking about). And now Glu Mobile is working with Taylor Swift to make her own mobile game!

While Kim Kardashian: Hollywood may seem like a game directed for teen girls who have way more free time than they would like to admit, it was (and still is) extremely popular! Reportedly, it made an estimated $700,000 per day, when it was released in 2014. If Kim Kardashian: Hollywood made $700,000 per day, just imagine how much Swift’s game will make since her fans are willing to shell out up to thousands of dollars to see her in concert!

Even though Glu Mobile announced that Taylor Swift is in the works for making her game, the game isn’t expected to debut until late 2016, and they didn’t release any details about the game. We can speculate that Swift’s game will have a similar foundation as Kim Kardashian: Hollywood, since Glu Mobile has other games, not Kardashian related, with the same foundation as Kim’s.

We can also hope that Swift’s game will include guest appearances from her cats and girl squad, and that some activities will be performing concerts, going on dates with known celebrities, and spending quality time with friends.

Whatever Swift’s game includes, I am sure it will sell. But until it is released, all we can do is sit back and patiently wait for any details.
