Peshawar Zalmi beats Quetta Gladiators in a stunning match after losing quick wickets early on. Shahid Afridi once again pulled off an unbelievable performance and won an almost lost match for his team.

Afridi was awarded man of the match award. “I kept my cool and carried on the match hoping that we’ll get an opportunity in the end and we got it”, Afridi said in a post match interview.

Peshawar Zamli and Quetta Gladiators had already qualified for the knockout phase of the PSL 2017. However, the result of the match decided who goes on top to the knockouts.

Islamabad United, who too has qualified for the knockouts, will play against Karachi Kings tomorrow. If Karachi Kings lost the match by a huge margin then Lahore Qalandars will go to the knockouts otherwise, Karachi Kings are on the safe side.
