Mahira Khan Stands Up to Shiv Sena in Cat Woman Style

Famous Pakistani actress Mahira Khan boldly stands up to Shiv Sena after the religious extremist party declared they will not allow her to promote her movie in Mumbai. Her reply to the Shiv Sena was both intelligent and amusing.

Mahira Khan posted a picture where she could be seen pointing to a placard held by  her upcoming movie director Asim Raza that reads, “Mahira Ko Bahar Nikalo” meaning “Get Mahira Out of (India)”.

Mahira beautifully plays with the words of Shiv Sena after they vowed they won’t allow her to work in India.

In the picture, Mahira could be seen in a Cat Woman costume while the “Ho Mann Jahan” director Asim Raza is wearing a religious Hindu’s costume.

Mahira Khan stars in upcoming debut Indian movie Raees as the wife of Shah Rukh Khan which is scheduled to be released next Eid.

Earlier, Shiv Sena, a Hindu religious extremist party, had declared that they would not allow Pakistani actors to work or promote their movies in India. The party is notorious for its anti-Muslim and anti-Pakistan stance.

On 3rd November, the main opposition party, Congress, organized a protest walk against the increased religious intolerance spread by the Shiv Sena. They blamed Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi of complicity for turning a blind eye towards this trend.
