Hamid Mir reiterates his stance: ISI responsible

In his first statement released to the public, Hamid Mir reiterates his earlier stance that he fears ISI of being involved in the failed assassination attempt that left him fatally wounded. The statement was released by his brother Amir Mir, who earlier had openly blamed ISI and its DG General Zaheer-ul-Islam.

Hamid Mir though his statement said that before this assassination incident, some personnel from the intelligence agencies had visited him at him home and told him that his name was included in a hit list. The statement further says that when Hamid Mir inquired from them that who were the people who had created that hit list, then wasn’t informed about that.

Furthermore, once again, Hamid Mir claims that if anything happened to him and or his family then ISI and government will be responsible for that. Amir Mir, didn’t take any questions from the journalists.
