Earthquakes shocks have been felt all over Pakistan. The center of the earthquake is said to be the Pakistan Iran border area. The shocks were felt in karachi, Quetta, Peshawar, and different other cities of the country. Other countries such as Iran, UAE,  and India were also hit by this severe earthquake.

According to American Geological Survey, at 3:44 PM an earthquake of magnitude 7.8 was recorded on Richter Scale. The shocks were so severe that people ran for their lives to open spaces and vacated their homes and shops.

In Balochistan 34 people are reported dead due to this calamity. However, Iran especially has been hit quite badly, and there are reports that hundreds could be injured.
