Ali Musa Gillani says won’t allow election in Multan if brother not recovered

Ali Musa Gillani, the brother of kidnapped Ali Haider Gillani says that he will not allow elections to be held in Multan if his brother was not recovered by tonight. He said this upon reaching the place where his brother was kidnapped. Mr. Musa Gillani could not help control his emotions and burst into tears. He said that he just wanted his brother to be recovered, nothing else.

Moreover, Mr. Abdul Qadir Gillani another brother of Ali Haider Gillani said that he didn’t have any trust on Police. He said that Police could not do anything. He looked quite disappointed and said that they were not allowed to keep personal security. The caretaker government did not allow them to keep arms for personal security, he said further.

According to sources, Mr. Yousuf Raza Gillani, former prime minister of Pakistan, had been receiving threats from extremist forces. He and his sons were threatened not to hold public rallies, or contest elections. However, todays kidnapping of Mr. Ali Haider Gillani is said to be a serious security lapse and the caretaker government is under fire to recover him as soon as possible.
