The Power of Words

The power of words

Words are pale shadow of forgotten names. As names have power, words have power. Words can light a fire in the minds of men. Words can wring tears from the hardest hearts. We live and breathe words.

Is is impossible for someone to be the most sensitive person? Someone who feels every moment intensely, and at one point then, gets all cold inside; Immune. Experience really is an illusion.

I really can’t decide whether I am getting weaker or stronger, each passing day. There is so much inside of me to let it out. Different emotions every second. Words really do miracles. They make you float on the highest of skies, And then they throw you down in a pit. How much does it take? A microsecond? Or if you are lucky enough, a minute? It’s funny how we live our lives gravely being dependent on words. Trusting them, feeling them, blaming them and even fearing them.

Man is such a complex creation. Strong enough to survive heart attacks, vulnerable to the extent where he lets words takeover. It’s so weird how we tend to know everything, but fail when it comes to acceptance. Why is acceptance so hard? Or maybe its self-control, is that so?

You cannot question the fragility of a human mind. I have seen people change their faith, experienced love change into hate. I have seen a bird who would not fly out of an open cage. I have seen people who are devastated inside, but outside, they are funny.

I have learned to expect the unexpected. Someone may believe that you are one in a million but for others you are just another nobody in a billion. But again, the only thing that matters is, who you are and what you believe in.
