No internship without reference. Students of media are forced to stray for much needed internship during summers.

Students stay as uninvited and unattended guests for not having mighty references for a smooth entry.

For post graduate students of International Islamic University, even dropping their C.Vs in few of the channels proves a nightmare. No reference, no entry, was the loud reply.

It’s a pitiable situation indeed! While universities have made it a compulsion for every candidate to receive a month’s internship certificate but the gates of all media centers have literally closed their doors for internees unless you carry an influential reference behind your back.

The average and above-average students, having references, float successfully through the offices of media channels & submit the experience certificate to the professors and are accorded with A++ in no time.

It is dilemma that the permission letter of the university is there to show but whom to show? High heartedness is much expected from the media channels for such learners, where students stand at their doorsteps as if they would utter “Open, O, Sim Sim !” and voila! the door will open. However, the problem is this incantation doesn’t work if you don’t carry a powerful reference.
