Fight Depression to Live a Healthy Life

There is a lofty percentage of people in the world who feel stressed or suffer from anxiety in their day to day life and we all go through such a stage in life. This feeling of distress is a point of life where it becomes really hard for a person to continue living every day.

In young people, two out of six people suffer stress. Younger group tend to be more hassled than older people are. It may be because they are more keen to admit to it. They just don’t know where they’re going in life.

Anxiety does not just affect people who are facing poverty or those who are ugly or unattractive but is faced by most confident, successful, famous and beautiful celebrities. The reasons leading to depression might be different, but all people, no matter who they are, are vulnerable to it.

 Here I will mention some points that can save you from going astray in such a difficult time.

Chiefly, accept yourself for who you are, decide to be strong, accept the world with its goods and bads, have patience, rely on God and His powers and pray to God. Be contented in your destiny. Things  that are not yours through fate won’t ever come your way no matter how much you strive for it.

Calamities and adversities are a part of life and God says in Quran, “So, with every difficulty there is relief; verily with every difficulty there is relief”.

Hence, do not allow yourself dead time, take deep breaths, do exercise, yoga or meditation. Have a healthy appetite which is not just good for your body but also your mind. This kind of eating may buy you a temporary sense of calm which may work as a stay-calm trick. We’re not talking about stuffing yourself with your typical go-to comfort food, such as mac and cheese or French fries because that will only leave you feeling guilty and even more anxious.

Studies have shown that these options can help contribute to a healthy mental state, and buffer against the harmful physical effects of stress, and dial up your serenity level. Eat your way to Zen avocado banana oranges walnuts milk  strawberry and blueberries.

As a matter of fact, we always look up to people and tie high hopes with them right until they knock us down and crush all of our expectations. This is when we lose hope and feel all alone. So don’t expect, don’t look upto anyone but yourself. Be your own hero, support yourself, move on.
