Salman Khan Kick movie box office earnings in India, Pakistan

Salman Khan and Jacqueline’s Kick movie enters 100 crore club in India. In Pakistan it is expected to break Dhoom 3 and Waar records for being highest grossing in first week. It is his seventh movie that has performed so well and enjoyed membership in this exclusive club. This time Salman Khan’s recently released movie ‘Kick’ managed to reach this club in mere 3 days. Ofcourse, Jacqueline Fernandez has her fair share in making this movie reach its heights.

The Sajid Nadiadwala directorial is raking big moolah at the box office and as you read this, and Movie Pundits believe that the film has all ingredients to cross 200 crore barrier soon.

“And as you read this, #Kick enters ₹ 100 cr Club in India,” tweeted trade analyst Taran Adarsh.

Kick, which also stars Randeep Hooda and Nawazuddin Siddiqui in pivotal roles did very well on Monday. Making a business of ₹ 14.20 crore on first Monday, Kick stood at a nett domestic total of ₹ 97.70 crore at the box office until yesterday. However, the film’s business has seen a huge jump today, thanks to the Eid public holiday.

With Kick crossing ₹ 100 crore, Salman has become the only B-town star to have seven films that have made more than ₹ 100 crore

In Pakistan, the record for the biggest box-office collections on the first day and first week are presently held by the Aamir Khan starrer ‘Dhoom 3’, which raked in a grand total of 240 million rupees while the Shaan starrer, Pakistani blockbuster, “Waar” had a net collection of 230 million rupees.

Looking at the trend of cinema goers and the advanced bookings that have been done, Kick is destined to break the records of ‘Waar’ and ‘Dhoom 3’.   The most important thing for ‘Kick’ in Pakistan is the fact that the film will get a consecutive 10-day business, without any major competition until Akshay Kumar’s ‘Its Entertainment’ arrives on August 8.

Pakistani cinema goers generally prefer watching Hollywood movies but the advantage Kick has that it’s the only Hindi movie that in stores for the next 10 days and the list of Hollywood blockbusters released this eid is also short.

Salman Khan on the other hand is busy throwing parties to celebrate the success of his movie. He organized Eid party with his family members and they all watched the screening of his movie and celebrated its success.
