Breakfast, without a doubt is the most important meal of the day. It can tremendously help us in having a good day. Now a days, skipping breakfast has become common practice. However, it has to be remembered that our body burns 500 to 600 calories during sleep. Hence skipping breakfast can lead to many diseases, weakness of bones, mood swings, low energy levels, week memory, mental stress, to name a few.

According to a recent study that look at the correlation between lifestyle choices, such as skipping breakfast, and their out comes regarding health, 27% of the participants suffered from heart diseases and many had lost their life due to coronary artery diseases for having skipping breakfast.

The same study also found that those who were single, smokers, consumed more alcohol, younger, or less physically active, were more likely to skip breakfasts. This not only impacts one’s health, but also one’s sleeping habits and level of physical activity.

However, if one has to skip breakfast, he has to ensure that he eats healthy for the rest of the day. That has to be ensure by all means.

In short, no one should skip their breakfast. Because that breakfast is the most important meal of the day.
